Parenting can stir up so much- joy, guilt, exhaustion, uncertainty. Whether you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, navigating toddler meltdowns, or trying to parent while healing yourself, you don’t have to figure it out along. This applies to foster and adoptive parents, too.
With a background in parenting education, the foster care system, and trauma informed care, we can:
Navigate your child’s emotions
Parenting after trauma
Breaking generational cycles
Building confidence and compassion in your parenting
